Srinidhi Ramesh Shetty was born on 21 October 1992 ( age 27; as in 2020) in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. She first came to limelight after she reached the top 5 of the Clean & Clear Fresh Face contest in the year 2012. Though, she couldn’t win the title but didn’t let her confidence dent a bit. A few years later, she participated in Manappuram Miss South India 2015 competition and was awarded the Miss Beautiful Smile and Miss Karnataka title. She then garnered attention from the whole nation after winning the Miss Supernational India 2016 at the Miss Diva 2016 contest. Post that, she participated in Miss Supernational Asia and Oceania 2016 and there also she won the Miss Supranational title. This victory of her paved her way into the world of glamour and soon she started getting various modeling offers.
She though was not in a hurry and took her time to select films. She finally gave a nod for Prasanth Neel’s Kannada period action film titled K.G.F: Chapter 1. This film was the biggest hit of the Kannada film industry and made her an overnight star. This film was released in all South Indian language films and also in Hindi. Thus she gained nationwide recognition for her performance in this film. She is currently shooting for the second installment of her debut film titled K.G.F: Chapter 2 which is scheduled to release in 2020.
